Miniaturized Chicago

This photo was taken from the Sears Tower observation deck, and Rob applied a simulated tilt-shift effect in the GIMP to make it look miniaturized. This effect has become cliché, but we still love it. This was Rob’s first attempt at doing it and he found it to be fun and easy!
